Meet Our Founder
Shweta Bhatti
Sanskriti Junction was founded on the belief that culture, creativity, and connection can transform lives. With over 20 years of experience across community development, healthcare, education, arts, and communications, founder Shweta Bhatti has led initiatives spanning film production, community engagement, and wellbeing.
Shweta has worked as a Finance Manager in a public school while volunteering as President of the Mernda and District Residents Association (MADRA) and teaching yoga and meditation at Mernda Community House. Her diverse experience inspires meaningful cultural, educational and wellbeing programs that create healthier, happier and more connected communities.

Now leading the Mernda Chess Club, they volunteer to organise weekly sessions and tournaments, fostering strategic thinking, confidence, friendship, and a welcoming community for players of all ages.
Rosni DesaiLead Dance InstructorWith over seven years of experience leading Garba performances across Australia, I am an award-winning folk dancer and Senior Educator dedicated to inspiring people through dance. I am passionate about preserving cultural traditions, promoting wellbeing through movement, and creating inclusive community experiences that celebrate connection, confidence, and diversity.
Mukti JoshiLead Cultural Dance InstructorMukti Joshi is a passionate cultural dance instructor, performer, and choreographer with deep roots in Indian performing arts. As Lead Cultural Dance Instructor at Sanskriti Junction, she teaches and choreographs Garba, inspiring young dancers to build confidence, celebrate their heritage, and strengthen community connections through the joy of cultural dance.
Chintan GarachGames InstructorA passionate and energetic Young Games Instructor dedicated to creating fun, inclusive, and engaging sports activities for children and young people. Skilled in building teamwork, confidence, and physical fitness through interactive games, while ensuring a safe, supportive, and positive environment where every participant can learn, grow, and enjoy being active.
